At RC Premiere, We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Secret Shoppers. As a Mystery Shopper, you will evaluate the quality of service and customer experience at various retail locations, restaurants, and other businesses. Your feedback will help improve service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned locations and engage in the shopping experience as a regular customer.
- Evaluate the staff's customer service, product availability, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
- Complete detailed reports on your experience, including specific observations and suggestions for improvement.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding your identity and the purpose of your visit.
- Submit your reports within the specified deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Good written communication skills for report writing.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations.
